What does it mean to have your Furnace System Certified?
We will thoroughly assess your furnace system to ensure it’s working at its optimal potential. There are many components in a furnace, and it is important to ensure that they are all working together smoothly. The below procedures will be performed and inspected as part of the service provided today. Upon completion, we will review the findings with you. Once your system is certified “OK,” we will extend a Complete Parts and Labor Warranty on your furnace system for 30 days for all clients, and 90 days for all SERVING-Rewards Club Members
Inspect:

- Duct supply and return
- Combustible material around furnace
Clean:
- Furnace exterior
- Burner compartment
- Filter standard 1″ (wash or replace)
- Blower Assembly (including lubrication)
Test and Measure:
- Electrical wiring
- Carbon Monoxide
- Thermostat evaluation
- Exhaust system venting
- Ignition system operation
- Combustible gas leakage
- Measure and adjust gas pressure
- Secondary Motor Control operation
- Safety and control circuits operation
- Blower Motor amperage and voltage
- Temperature difference at supply and return
